RESIDENCE

The entry hall has room for coats, shoes, umbrella's, rainboots, etc… .
On the first floor you 'll enter into a large living area with open kitchen and dining nook. There is also a bedroom with a full size bed, a shower room with sink and a separate room with toilet.
The attic has 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a sink.
In the garden you 'll find a swingset and B.B.Q.
The basement has a wellness room that consists of a sauna, jacuzzi, infrared cabin, shower, and benches for relaxation. Weekend and mid-week rental fees include use of the wellness room for 2 hours. One-week reservations may use the room for two 2-hour periods. Guests may rent the wellness room for additional use at a rate of € 20 per hour instead of € 30.

The central heating/cooling is by air, therefore smoking is not allowed!
